EdgeCortix to Showcase High-Performance Edge AI Platform at LEAP Saudi Arabia 2025

EdgeCortix will join the Japan Pavilion booth to host live interactive demonstrations of its next-generation high performance, and energy efficient edge SAKURA-II accelerator platform

The semiconductor industry represents a strong opportunity for Saudi Arabia as it drives technological innovation across key sectors. As part of an ongoing initiative to strengthen strategic partnerships between Saudi Arabia and Japan under the Saudi-Japanese Vision 2030, EdgeCortix is committed to accelerating AI infrastructure and sustainability through its low-power AI semiconductor platform.

WHAT: The Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) will feature demonstrations from EdgeCortix at the Japan Pavillion at LEAP Saudi Arabia 2025 from February 9 to February 12 in Saudi Arabia.

Visitors at the booth will be able to:

• See demonstrations of the EdgeCortix SAKURA-II Edge AI platform, a next-generation high performance, and energy efficient accelerator platform designed to address the latest Generative AI solutions at the edge supporting models with billions of parameters, such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and Large Vision Models (LVMs).
• Speak with executives, including EdgeCortix CEO Sakyasingha Dasgupta, to explore the opportunities and business benefits of edge AI across diverse business sectors including security, manufacturing, telecommunications, aerospace, smart cities, autonomous vehicles and robotics.
• Discover how the future is evolving with cutting-edge projects like EdgeCortix’s AI chiplet development. Funded in partnership with Japan’s NEDO (New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization) and METI (Ministry of Economy Trade and Industry), this project supports EdgeCortix in developing new AI semiconductors that enhance energy efficiency and performance in AI inference and Radio Access Network (RAN) acceleration for a post-5G world.
